This video is a very good excuse for the cops to test their taser guns on one of their own.

Anyway, they  should’ve put the damn cuff on him, read him the Miranda fast and book him for murdering  Old Glory’s hymn. Or they should ask a judge for a gag order so that he will NEVER open his mouth in public again.
